Your device may just be a little low on memory. It's ok, it happens! Even to the best of us. Turning your phone off and on again should clear out the memory and allow you to run the game with no problems. Please follow these instructions to fully reboot your phone:
  1. Hold down the on/off and home buttons for about 5 seconds until you see a red slider appear.
  2. Slide your phone off.
  3. Once it has completed its shutdown process, press the on/off button again to power back on.

Once in a blue moon, you may end up with a corrupt installation of the game. Fortunately, there is a pretty straightforward remedy! All you need to do is reinstall the game. As long as you use the same iTunes account, you will never be charged again to download the game. If you want to try reinstalling, please follow these steps:
  1. Hold your finger over the app icon until you see an 'x' icon appear.
  2. Tap the 'x' to delete, then press the home button to get all the 'x's on other apps to go away.
  3. Hold down the on/off and home buttons for about 5 seconds until you see a red slider appear.
  4. Slide your phone off.
  5. Once it has completed its shutdown process, press the on/off button again to power back on.
  6. Then redownload the game from the app store. As long as you use the same iTunes account, you will never be charged again to download the game.
If the game still crashes after completing these steps, please contact us at our support email if you haven't already so that we can track the problem down and fix it. Thank you!
